Early 1900s Pastel, River, Moon Shadows In Summer

Beautiful pastel painting of a river in summer with clouds passing over the moon and a sailboat in its reflection.
The work is in very good condition, in a period frame -- also in remarkably nice shape with only light wear.
It looks like this is the original glass and some of the pastel has adhered to the inside (pretty typical of older pastels and it hasn't affected the painting itself) so this could use cleaning.
