1905 Photograph, New York State Camp, Peekskill, NY, Hudson River

1905 photograph by C.E. Waterman & Son showing New York State Camp in Peekskill, NY, with Bear Hill (now Bear Mountain) on the left and Manito Mountain in the center.
It's a beautifully detailed photo, especially for the time, so it's worth the bit of work needed to put the whole piece back in good shape:
1) The photo itself is in remarkably good condition, but has a little wear: an old repaired tear (see the sky in 3rd photo) and some bubbling which are minimized when framed properly as they are pressed flat against the glass. A conservator or photo professional could also advise on the best way to handle this.
2. The backmat has a tear running from the photo's bottom edge the bottom of the mat (see 4th pic) and some general surface wear from age.
3.) The frame has a few chips to the outer decoration (primarily on bottom right) and could use some cleaning and repainting.
