Please be sure to read this entire email to ensure you receive all pertinent information regarding payment and pick up instructions. These guidelines are in place to keep our operations running smoothly and to keep costs (buyer’s premiums) down.

PAYMENT: As per our terms of service, your total invoice will be auto-debited from the credit card you have on file with our credit card processor, Stripe. This charge includes the hammer prices, buyer’s premiums and all applicable sales tax for the items you won.

RESALE CERTIFICATES: All resale certificates must be sent via email or presented in person to receive credit for taxes paid. We will place this information on file and all future purchases will be tax exempt until the certificate expires.

PICK UP:

September 9th 12-3PM and September 10th 12 -2PM. Location will be provided to winning bidders.

WE DO NOT SHIP

WE CANNOT MOVE OR STORE YOUR ITEMS

Items must be picked up at the scheduled pick up times or they will be considered abandoned without refund and your account and bidding privileges will be cancelled.

You are responsible for bringing your own packing and moving materials; as well as appropriate vehicles, tie downs and man power.

We do not supply packing materials or tools.

Labor may or may not be available to help you carry your items, so please plan accordingly.

We do our best to make pick up as fast and efficient as possible. We handle orders on a first come, first serve basis.

To expedite service at pick up please TEXT (do not call) your name, invoice number and planned arrival time to the auction manager at least 30 minutes prior to arrival.
