This is a local pick up auction, all items must be removed from this property by Saturday December 21st @ 2pm. We may be able to accommodate pick ups on Friday December 20th by appointment only. We will handle all orders on a first come first serve basis. You must bring assistance, tools, packing materials and boxes etc. if needed as we are a limited staff. This is a large property, stairs may be involved with some of the items in your order, please keep that in mind when bidding.
