All items are sold "As is," so please read the descriptions and view all photos thoroughly. We use the Presidium gem tester to test stones. This tester cannot distinguish between natural and synthetic stones, so unless specified, assume the stones are synthetic. Due to overlapping properties, a stone could fall into multiple gemstone categories.

We are not GIA-certified geologists and conduct acid testing for silver, gold, and platinum without cutting into the jewelry. Additionally, we are not certified jewelers.

We reserve the right to remove any listings up until the close of the auction and to reject or cancel any bid from individuals whose conduct or comments are discriminatory or harmful. We strive to price items fairly for both our clients and bidders.

While we understand that some bidders may prefer lower starting bids, please appreciate that we must adhere to our clients' wishes. Our primary responsibility is to our clients.

All auction items can be shipped unless they are extremely large, heavy, fragile, or furniture. Listings will indicate if an item cannot be shipped.

We handle all shipping in-house and do not charge handling fees.
