Payment: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be charged to the credit card registered with your Ninja account.
Terms: All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, and WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description. JMA will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Remember you are purchasing antique or used items. Expect signs of wear consistent with age.

Special Pick up Instructions: Pick up will be on Wed, Jan 6, Thurs, Jan 7 and Fri, Jan 8 from 10-4pm. Any questions, 978-228-9415 or 1-800-822-1417. Winning bidders must provide any type of moving tools, boxes and paper. Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items. There will be no help to assist with moving furniture. A representative will be there to direct you to your items, but the winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.
ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AUCTION HOUSE. Unless prior acceptable pick up or shipping arrangements have been agreed upon prior to purchase, a storage charge of up to $25 a day could be applied to any item left on premise after agreed upon date. Items not picked up may also be subject to a disposal fee charge, depending on size and type of item.
OUT OF STATE – Shipping of small items will be available if needed. This DOES NOT include any furniture. Buyer pays all shipping costs. We are not responsible for your purchase once you authorize release to shipper of your choice.
