The McInnis auction house was very responsive to questions I had about the lots. Past experiences have been the same.

If you have to have your items shipped, best not to bid here.. I won an item for $40 and UPS charged me $30 to ship something in a poster tube. While they disclose they use UPS, they don't disclose how ridiculous the cost is going to be to ship what is basically a piece of paper.

Pick up was very easy,as usual. The staff is excellent.
