Zachery Lewis with John McGinnis Auctioneers is a standout. Being in a wheelchair and unable to visit the sale onsite he was my "easy button" in addressing all my questions and took the extra step to remove the watercolor from frame to confirm marks were on the glass and not on the painting... where our discovery found a signature as well. He even offered to Facetime with me if the pictures he texted to me were not satisfactory or I had additional questions within a natural light setting. Saying he goes above and beyond is an understatement and reassured me the lot would be handled with care back to the auction house. BRAVO Zachery for being outstanding!

I won an item listed as a midcentury Steuben vase. When I picked it up I raised concerns of its authenticity due to multiple flaws in the glass and a questionable signature. M instead of trying to address it I. A professional manner, the auction manager tried to play it off like it was a more recent piece (?), that he has seen Tiffany glass piece with flaws. The other two pieces I have on were fine but will be extremely cautious should I bid on any auction items by this auction manager in the future.
