PAYMENT and TERMS: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be charged to your credit card on file. All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS and WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description. JMA will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Remember you are purchasing antique or used items. Expect signs of wear consistent with age.

PICK UP INFORMATION: THURSDAY, JULY 25 and FRIDAY, JULY 26 FROM 9-5PM and SATURDAY, JULY 27 from 10-12pm at 63 CLINTON ST, AMESBURY, MA

Any item not picked up in the allotted time will be considered abandoned with no refund unless other arrangements have been made and storage fee may be assessed. Please email mcinnisauctions@yahoo.com any shipping information.

SPECIAL PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS: Winning bidders must provide boxes and paper. Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items. A representative will be there to assist, but the winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.

TRANSPORT (ALTERNATIVE PICK UP): As a special service for the convenience of our valued customers: Anyone who would like to pick up their purchases in Amesbury, MA we will offer to transfer your purchases to our facility in Amesbury for a nominal fee starting at $25 per item to be capped at $100.00. NOTE: EXCLUSIONS APPLY, LARGE OR UNUSUAL ITEMS/LOTS WILL BE ASSESSED A SEPARATE FEE FOR TRANSPORT PAYABLE IN CASH THE. ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 15 DAYS OF AUCTION OR WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED WITH NO REFUNDS.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTES: If your items are being shipped through UPS you must EMAIL us at mcinnisauctions@yahoo.com upon receipt of your invoice to give to the shipper. If you do not give us shipping or pick up instruction the items WILL NOT BE picked up by the shipper and considered abandoned with no refund.
