Seller decided pick up would only be until 4 even though it was listed until 6:30. They texted/called the same day to let me know that they wouldn't be there at the listed pickup times. People with jobs and kids can't come pick up midday with a few hours notice, or at all sometimes.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend. After almost a month of not receiving the lot I won or getting any status updates from the company I reached out via email. They told me my box had been returned as undeliverable. I'm not sure why they didn't reach out to me to let me know about the undeliverable address. When they sent a picture of the address on the box, it was not the correct address which is listed in my AuctionNinja account. After emailing them what the correct address should be, I never received a response and haven't received my item or a refund.
