4. Bring muscle for moving heavy/large items and packing materials, if needed. Onsite assistance is NOT PROVIDED. We will not permit heavy furniture to be moved by a single person.
5. Pick up is first come, first serve. Please provide enough time to move out and pack up during the allotted timeframe.

LIMITED SHIPPING to Continental US ONLY:
1. Available for items that fit into USPS FLAT RATE BOXES.
2. Email us at upscaletagsales@gmail.com to confirm an item can be shipped.
3. IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER CONTACT UPSCALE TAG SALES WITHIN 24 HOURS OF AUCTION CLOSE if you want items shipped. Email us at upscaletags@gmail.com. Shipping requests WILL NOT be accepted on pick-up day or outside of the first 24 hours after auction close.
4. Insurance is added to all packages with a value of $100 or more.
5. A $10 transport / handling fee will be add to your shipping invoice from UPSCALE TAG SALES.
6. You will receive an invoice from UPSCALE TAG SALES for shipping costs within 48 hours. Once paid, your purchases will be shipped within 48 hours. Failure to follow the instructions may result in delayed or denied shipping. Upscale Tag Sales is NOT Responsible for such items during transport.

SPECIALTY SHIPPING to Continental US ONLY:
1. For items that do not fit in USPS flat rate boxes or requires special packing, we use a 3rd party shipping company. They will charge you packing and shipping fees.
