WINNING BIDDERS:
1. Bring muscle for moving heavy/large items, packing materials and tools. Onsite assistance is NOT PROVIDED. We will not permit heavy furniture to be moved by a single person.
2. Pick up is first come, first serve. Please provide enough time to move out and pack up during the allotted timeframe.

LIMITED SHIPPING to Continental US ONLY:
1. Items available for shipping are noted with a shipping symbol.
2. Insurance is added to all packages with a value of $100 or more.
3. A $10 transport / handling fee will be add to your shipping charges. We will combine shipping for you.
4. Shipping costs will be billed to your card on file with AuctionNinja. If your card on file is declined and you fail to respond to phone calls, emails and text messages, your items will be considered forfeit without refund.
5. Purchases will be shipped within 5 business days of the auction pick up date.

5. Once the transport fee is charged to your credit card, your items will be dropped off at the Saugus, MA UPS Store on Broadway. UPS will contact you directly for payment. It is your responsibility to coordinate payment.
