SHIPPING REQUESTS:
This is a Pick Up auction, however, if you contact us immediately after the auction ends to request shipping of small items that is possible. You must provide your Venmo or PayPal address for shipping fees. The item must fit into USPS priority flat rate box which includes $50. insurance. You must make shipping request within 48 hours of the end of the sale. You must contact us by email: jcassia@comcast.net. DO NOT TEXT REQUEST. Do not assume that we will think you want item mailed because you live out of state. Unless you contact us for shipping in the allotted time frame we will assume you could not get item picked up and it will be considered forfeited.
If you would like an item shipped that does not fit flat rate box, we will use a third party shipping company.
They will charge for packing, insurance and transport. That fee, along with a $5. transport fee, will be charged to your Venmo or PayPal account. All breakable items including glass and china items will be shipped by third party shipping only.

PICK UP DETAILS:
1. SUNDAY, APRIL 10, 2022, 9:30AM - 1:00 PM ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS. Items NOT PICKED UP during that time will be considered forfeited.
2. WINNING BIDDERS must bring help, if required, for large heavy items and proper packing materials and packaging materials for pick up.
3. Packing, Moving and Transporting of your items will NOT BE PROVIDED at pick up. Items will be picked up on a first come, first serve basis so allow yourself ample time for pick up.

Please refer to photo as part of description. We will do our best to list any damage, repairs or restorations. The absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the items are in perfect condition. Most of the items are antique, vintage or used. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age of item. No returns, credits or exchanges.
