WINNING BIDDERS:
1. Bring muscle for moving heavy/large items, packing materials and tools. Onsite assistance is NOT PROVIDED. We will not permit heavy furniture to be moved by a single person.
2. Pick up is first come, first serve. Please provide enough time to move out and pack up during the allotted time frame.

PRIOR ARRANGED TRANSPORT BACK TO BEVERLY IS AVAILABLE FOR A $25 FEE PER ITEM CAPPED AT $100. (NO LARGE FURNITURE)

LIMITED SHIPPING to Continental US ONLY:
1. Items available for shipping are noted with a shipping symbol.
2. Insurance is added to all packages with a value of $50 or more.
3. A $10 transport / handling fee will be add to your shipping charges with the exception of a $50 transport fee for large art as noted in item description.
4. Shipping costs will be billed to your card on file with AuctionNinja. If your card on file is declined and you fail to respond to phone calls, emails and text messages, your items will be considered forfeit without refund.
5. Purchases will be shipped within 5 days of the auction pick up date.
