WINNING BIDDERS:
1. Bring muscle for moving heavy/large items, packing materials and tools. Onsite assistance is NOT PROVIDED. We will not permit heavy furniture to be moved by a single person.
2. Pick up is first come, first serve. Please provide enough time to move out and pack up during the allotted timeframe.

1. Insurance is added to all packages with a value of $50 or more.
2. Shipping costs will be billed to your card on file with AuctionNinja. If your card on file is declined you will be notified for immediate remedy and if you fail to respond to phone calls, emails or text messages, your items will be considered forfeit without refund.
