Very Early Sampler

Sampler done by Miss "Lovloy Tilton aged 14 years". "The rose is red, the grass is green, the days have past, that I have seen" (best I can do) Frame is poor and unsuitable for such a lovely item. Not dated. Size of actual sampler is apx. 16 1/2" x 17" The background material just might be hand woven flax.
