Rare "working"Vintage Disneys Mickey Mouse And Donald Duck In Car

Appears to function in the bumper car fashion it is designed for with lights.
That being said it is quite old and at this point a collectors piece rather than for kids.
I have not seen any that actually turn on before this one.
Could use a cleaning, I don't in case it devalues the piece.
