An oil pastel and water color painting on arches paper with painterly beach foreground opening to seascape and horizon line. Signed "Elizabeth Moore" on bottom left. Mounted in fine matting and in custom frame. Matting shows signs of spotting and frame back is loose with masking tape affixed. View size 10 in by 8 1/2 in.

Notes: Overall fair condition. No noticeable damage to artwork, frame and matting worn. See description and photos.
