Disorganized pickup. No pickup appointments were made available. Lots were not sorted correctly, causing confusion and delays. Lack of staff helping people. Line of 15+ people waiting to pickup won items. The only frustrating auction pick up I've had.

Friendly staff

unorganized - they let everyone get in the house and pick up their orders unsupervised. Items were missing in my order - one of the employees (or organizers) was ruse, threw $5 at me and said - "I don't have time to deal with you - this is what you paid - here is your money!"
