ROOMS were full of everything sewing & crafting, wonderful MCM furnishings & decor, kitchen items galore, handmade clothing, linens, Afghans, artwork, books, albums, collectibles, outdoor items, sewing machines, unbelievable amounts of fabrics, yarns, threads, and so much more! Please make sure you bring your own help, appropriate vehicles, and supplies & tools for packing & loading of purchased items. This is a large auction with large items, and we will not be able to assist with moving & loading of items at pick-up.
Due to this pick-up being at a different location from our regular auction pick-ups, unfortunately an alternate pick-up date & time will not be available. However, if you won any furniture and would like to pick-up the day before the scheduled pick-up date & time (Monday the 17th), please text me at (970)215-3193 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
All items must be removed by the scheduled date & time. Any items not picked up during the scheduled date & time will be considered abandoned and no refunds will be given. Due to the sale of the home, disposal fees will be charged on all abandoned items to help off-set the cost of having them removed.
Furniture disposal fees will be $50 per piece & up to $25 per lot on all "non furniture" items. These fees will be automatically charged to your credit card on file with Auction Ninja. We are sorry we have to do this, but because the home has to be emptied on Tuesday at 11:59pm we unfortunately have to implement these fees.
Please be considerate of the neighbors and please do not block their driveways.
