Item #5904
Lot #220 of 388
Item Description

This sofa is looking for a new home that will appreciate the quality & decor of the 1960's! This couch was custom made in the 60's for our client's parents by Barker Brothers out of Los Angeles. It has survived the decades and is in fantastic condition! From the wood sides to the mattress, this couch has seen very little use! Aside from some light fading on the front edges of the cushions and some small marks & a couple of wear spots from the metal frame on the bottom of the mattress (as shown in the photos), it is in VERY GOOD condition. No stains. It was covered with a custom made cover for the last 30 years. I have attached a photo with the cover. The cover is in great shape too if you want it for the couch. This sofa obviously matches the chair & ottoman in another lot, you can't miss it! 😉
It is LARGE & HEAVY. please bring help, appropriate truck or trailer, and some tools to load this piece. Help will not be available at the pick-up. It is on the main floor, but there are 4 or 5 steps outside to get it loaded.
Measures approx 80"L x 29"T x 35"D. Please see ALL pics for details.
