There is a $5 per lot Handling fee + Shipping. You must contact us at least ONE (1) Hour prior to pick up end time to arrange shipping so we can bring items with us. Once we leave, we do not go back for any items. There are NO refunds if you don't contact us to bring items back.
Oversized items/lots will have a larger S & H fee. All items shipped are not the responsibility of LIT once shipped. If you want to add insurance, please indicate that before shipping.
We can ship Artwork but its very expensive due to the oversized box fee the post office charges. Buyer is responsible for all these fees + the box fee.
- If you need another pickup date please contact us, small lots only.
Furniture and Oversized items are not eligible to be moved to another location. We do not have the man power or Vehicle to move those items. Alternative Pickup location for small items will be in Holtsville NY.
There will be a $20 fee for an alternative pickup date at the Holtsville Location, paid in CASH only.
Multiple lots will result in larger pickup fee, please contact us to discuss if you’re needing multiple lots brought back.
-Any items not picked up will be forfeited without refund.
All items sold AS-IS where is, all items not picked up will not receive a refund
If you have 1-2 lots please let us know when you come to the door, we will try to grab this quickly for you.
-Private Location, Winners will be emailed the address.
- Larger items are inside and outdoor and must be moved by the buyer, if you need extra assistance TIPS are encouraged for our helpers
- Buyers must have ID that matches online account for invoices over $200, or have a signed invoice.
All items must be picked up on pickup day during pickup hours or they will be forfeited with NO refund unless alternative pickup date was arranged prior to the pickup date closure. You must arrange at least 30 min before auction pickup date closing time.
All items are sold as is- where is. We photo and describe items as best as possible.
We do NOT Authenticate any items, so please bid accordingly- we do not offer any refunds.All sales are FINAL SALE
