There is a $3 per lot Handling fee + ...view moreShipping. You must contact us at least TWO (2) Hours prior to pick up end time to arrange shipping so we can bring items with us. Once we leave, we do not go back for any items. There are NO refunds if you don't contact us to bring items back.
Shipping can take 2-3 weeks , we offer shipping on all our auctions and will try to ship out ASAP.
Oversized items/lots will have a larger S & H fee. All items shipped are not the responsibility of LIT once shipped. If you want to add insurance, please indicate that before shipping.
- If you need another pickup date please contact us, small lots only. Furniture & Large lots are not eligible for shipping or alternative location. Alternative Pickup location for small items will be in Holtsville NY.
There will be a $10 fee for an alternative pickup date at the Holtsville Location, paid in CASH/Venmo/Cashapp.
Multiple lots will result in larger pickup fee, please contact us to discuss if you’re needing multiple lots brought back.
-Any items not picked up will be forfeited without refund.
-Credit Card Chargebacks will result in an automatic Ban from bidding in ANY of our auctions.
If you have 1-2 lots please let us know when you come to the door, we will try to grab this quickly for you.
-Private Location, Winners will be emailed the address.
- Larger items are inside and outdoor and must be moved by the buyer, if you need extra assistance TIPS are encouraged for our helpers
All items must be picked up on pickup day during pickup hours or they will be forfeited with NO refund unless alternative pickup date was arranged prior to the pickup date closure.
All items are sold as is- where is. We photo and describe items as best as possible.We do NOT Authenticate any items, so please bid accordingly- we do not offer any refunds.
