Oversized items will have a larger S & H fee. All items shipped are not the responsibility of LIT once shipped. If you want to add insurance please indicate that before shipping.

- If you need another pickup date please contact us, small lots only. Alternative Pickup location will be in Holtsville NY.
There will be a $10 fee for an alternative pickup date at the Holtsville Location

-Any items not picked up will be forfeited without refund.
-Credit Card Chargebacks will result in a $25 fee- All items sold AS-IS where is, all items not picked up will not receive a refund

- Please call/text Christina 631-335-7981 at least 30 min prior to your arrival so we can get your items together for quicker exit time.

-Private Location, Winners will be emailed the address.

- Larger items are inside and outdoor and must be moved by the buyer, if you need extra assistance TIPS are encouraged for our helpers
- Buyers must have ID that matches online account, or have an invoice

All items must be picked up on pickup day during pickup hours or they will be forfeited with NO refund unless alternative pickup date was arranged prior to the pickup date closure. You must arrange at least 30 min before auction pickup date closing time.


All items are sold as it- where is. We photo and describe items as best as possible.
