1/2 hour prior to pick up time, in December 2024 , I was notified that it was postponed due to homeowner being in hospital. Ok. No problem. Weeks later, I reached out for an update.. no response. I finally heard back after sending follow up texts and was told I was emailed and refunded my money which neither happened About once a week, I follow up , Christina tells me she'll look I to it and then hear nothing. I've asked for documentation that they refunded me in case I overlooked it.. heard nothing!
Long story short, I have not received my money, she is not returning texts. I use this site very often. I have NEVER had an issue. This is unacceptable and very frustrating. I never write poor reviews, never had to! Ghosting a customer is an awful thing to do and based on other reviews, this isn't her first time. Bidder beware! Christina will keep your money and maybe even your items! I would give zero stars if I could
I am still waiting to hear back from Christina. She called to cancel the scheduled pick up due to an emergency. I have not received my items and have sent texts that remain unanswered. This has been such a frustrating and disappointing experience.
I requested to have my items shipped. Seller stated they sent an invoice to pay for shipping but I cannot find in my emails or text message where I got anything from them. Seller is not responding to my request to resolve this issue. I have been billed for the items I won but still have not resolved the issue of shipping.
I still haven't received item yet and I have reached out multiple times without any response. I don't know what more I can do.
