1/2 hour prior to pick up time, in December 2024 , I was notified that it was postponed due to homeowner being in hospital. Ok. No problem. Weeks later, I reached out for an update.. no response. I finally heard back after sending follow up texts and was told I was emailed and refunded my money which neither happened About once a week, I follow up , Christina tells me she'll look I to it and then hear nothing. I've asked for documentation that they refunded me in case I overlooked it.. heard nothing!
Long story short, I have not received my money, she is not returning texts. I use this site very often. I have NEVER had an issue. This is unacceptable and very frustrating. I never write poor reviews, never had to! Ghosting a customer is an awful thing to do and based on other reviews, this isn't her first time. Bidder beware! Christina will keep your money and maybe even your items! I would give zero stars if I could

I am still waiting to hear back from Christina. She called to cancel the scheduled pick up due to an emergency. I have not received my items and have sent texts that remain unanswered. This has been such a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I requested to have my items shipped. Seller stated they sent an invoice to pay for shipping but I cannot find in my emails or text message where I got anything from them. Seller is not responding to my request to resolve this issue. I have been billed for the items I won but still have not resolved the issue of shipping.

Customer texted me over and over at 1am on Saturday. I do not respond to text messages at this hour. In the AM I got an email that she paid for shipping and hasn’t gotten items yet. She was emailed back asking what payment method she used to pay shipping and no response yet leaves this feedback. Once items shipping is PAID for , items are shipped. We do not cover shipping costs for customers. It’s in our policy.

We responded to you on 11/27 via text message. You’re asking for shipping for an item weeks after the auction ended. You had to reach out to request shipping for the item. We do not assume you need shipping. You have to request within the hour of pickup as stated on the website, your invoice and the agreement you clicked and agreed to during bidding. All items not claimed stay with they seller and are considered forfeited if we don’t hear from you by pickup date (before auction pickup day ends). Please read through rules before bidding.
