Pickup Window: All lots must be picked up during the scheduled pickup timeframe. Any pickups outside the expected timeframe require approval from Loluty Oddities before the last day of the pickup timeframe.

Timely Communication: If you need a time different from the available pickup appointment times, contact us as soon as possible. Text is preferred.

Forfeiture: Lots uncollected within the pickup window or without approval for an alternative pickup time will be forfeited.
