Good experience.

The seller charged me for the items and several weeks later charged me for the shipping. When I asked for status 3 weeks after the end of the auction I was told they were working on shipping but I was assured the items would ship shortly. They billed me for shipping and I paid the invoice immediately. When I followed up 2 weeks later they told me they would check when they got home. I messaged them later that day and they never responded. I messaged the next day as well and there was no response. Between the 5 emails I sent and the 3 text messages, I've received 2 responses. Incredibly unprofessional.

When "Loluty Oddities" has an online auction, I always check them out to see what goodies are being auctioned!

They typically have neat things that I don't find elsewhere. I find the photo's with measurements excellent and they show the condition of each item very well.

I LOVE that the pick-up process is done via an appointment that you pick a convenient time usually multiple days, morning, afternoon or evenings are available for you to schedule via a link they email you!

Courtney is very hard working, detail oriented and very personable.
