- We take several pictures of most items to allow you to virtually examine them. We also examine items and describe any blemishes, but you should use the pictures to identify flaws that may not be included in our descriptions. If you notice an issue with an item that is not in our description, don't hesitate to contact us. We are happy to follow up.
- We offer shipping on some items in the auction, and those items have a "Shipping Available" icon on their postings. If you purchase an item that will be shipped, we will deliver the item to the carrier and provide a tracking number within 1 week of the auction's close. We ship via USPS and UPS. We will notify you of the shipping cost prior to charging the credit card you have on file with AuctionNinja. We also charge the buyer's credit card on file a $5.00 packing fee. If we do not get your approval for the shipping costs within 48 hours, we will charge your credit card and ship your item(s). Any item damaged by USPS or UPS must be disputed by the buyer through those carriers. We will not mediate disputes with carriers for buyers.
