Pick up: By Appointment Only
- Please pick up your items on the scheduled pickup day (11/17 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm and 11/18 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm). We are unable to store items and will make special arrangements in extremely limited cases.

- You must have a credit card on file with AuctionNinja and payment for items must be made prior to pickup day. We cannot process payments on pickup day.
- For items over $100, buyers must be prepared to present a personal i.d. and their invoice.
- For any item over 50 lbs, we do not provide loading assistance. Buyer's must bring help and an appropriate vehicle for hauling all items.
- We do not provide packing material or boxes.
- Please be courteous to our neighbors on pickup day. Do not block mailboxes or driveways on pickup day.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:
USPS SHIPPING
We offer shipping on some items in the auction, and those items have a "Shipping Available" icon on their postings. If you purchase an item that will be shipped, we will deliver the item to the carrier and provide a tracking number within 1 week of the auction's close. We ship via USPS and UPS. We will notify you of the shipping cost prior to charging the credit card you have on file with AuctionNinja. We also charge the buyer's credit card on file a $5.00 packing fee. If we do not get your approval for the shipping costs within 48 hours, we will charge your credit card and ship your item(s). Any item damaged by USPS or UPS must be disputed by the buyer through those carriers. We will not mediate disputes with carriers for buyers.
