I was charged $41.65 for shipping, then received my purchases in a USPS if it fits it ship small box , I did not receive tracking info as promised. I'm very displeased
with your service as it appears I was overcharged for shipping. You have an opportunity to make this right. If you want to refund me some of the shipping, I will change my rating of your company.

We are disappointed to hear your feedback. It is obvious that you did not read the information in the listing and the shipping information for our auctions. In the listing, we clearly explain that, for the lots you purchased, we would insure the package and pay for signature confirmation service. We also explain that the buyer would be responsible for those costs. In your case, the label was $9.05, signature confirmation was $9.35, and insurance was $8.25. We add insurance and signature confirmation due to the value of the lots. We also explain that we charge a $15.00 packing fee. We are happy to send you the USPS invoice that describes these costs. Finally, the tracking number for your package is toward the bottom of your invoice and has been there since 8/12.

10 of the 85 dimes were 1965-1968 and therefor not actually silver. That is a HUGE difference in value of the goods and a material misrepresentation.
