- The pick up location for this auction will be near the intersection of Hollister Lake Road and Saratoga Way in Windsor.
- Please do not bid on an item if you cannot pick it up during our pickup days on 2/10 (from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm) and 2/11 (from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm). We are unable to store items and will make special arrangements in extremely limited cases.
- We will use SignupGenius for scheduling pick-up times and will post a link to sign up for a pick up time near the end of the auction.
- We take several pictures of most items to allow you to virtually examine them. We also examine items and describe any blemishes, but you should use the pictures to identify flaws that may not be included in our descriptions. If you notice an issue with an item that is not in our description, don't hesitate to contact us. We are happy to follow up.
- We offer shipping on some items in the auction, and those items have a "Shipping Available" icon on their postings. See "Pickup and shipping details" for additional information about packing charges and shipping fees.
- If you think you qualify for tax exempt status, you must submit your tax ID certificate to AuctionNinja. We are unable to collect and process tax ID certificates.
