- The pick-up location for this auction is at 5115 Williams Fork Trail. It is in a garage across from Building 5115 in the Meadow Creek Apartment complex. We will have signs that guide you to the pickup site when you get to the building.
- Please do not bid on an item if you cannot pick it up during our pickup days on 12/8 (from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm) and 12/9 (from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm). We are unable to store items and will make special arrangements in extremely limited cases.

- We take several pictures of most items to allow you to virtually examine them. We also examine items and describe any blemishes, but you should use the pictures to identify flaws that may not be included in our descriptions. If you notice an issue with an item that is not in our description, don't hesitate to contact us. We are happy to follow up.
- We offer shipping on some items in the auction, and those items have a "Shipping Available" icon on their postings. See "Pickup and shipping details" for additional information about packing charges and shipping fees.
- If you think you qualify for tax exempt status, you must submit your tax ID certificate to AuctionNinja. We are unable to collect and process tax ID certificates.
