ANTIQUE GOLD PLATED CAMEO LOCKET BY S & B LEDERER CO. ~EARLY 1900’s~
The locket opens and has space for a picture. The locket is in very good condition with only a couple of small green corrosion dots on the front perimeter. The locket measures 1 5/8” tall and 1 3/8” wide. It is marked S & BL Co. with a star on the interior. The cameo is made of either glass or shell. The necklace measures 18” long when stretched out. Overall very good condition.

S & B Lederer Company started business in 1878 in Providence, Rhode Island. Later the company operated from Fifth Avenue in New York City and ceased operations in 1931. They produced gold plated and silver jewelry of good quality. This locket is marked on the inside cover S & BL (star) Co.
