Art-I-so Accordion - Made In Italy

Item clearly needs work or some repair, comes exactly as shown, see pictures. Does seem to work, but I don't know if to test all features. There is a missing key and some of the keys have cracks. Some buttons show damage and are pressed in. I can hear some rattling inside. Comes with carrying case, but case is in really rough shape.
