Item Description

This is meant to be a fun lot. We came across this huge container of loose change and as I separated it I tried to pull out any obvious silver I could find. Some silver dollars from the 1800’s, silver dimes, 1/2 dollars and assorted coins. WE ARE NOT COIN KNOWLEDGEABLE so this could be a nice find. The change most likely has other collectible coins throughout, we only counted at face value and sorted them by denominations.
Some foreign coins, some tokens etc. I wasn’t going to waste more time on this so I thought I’de put it up as is. All I did was count the face value and estimate the current silver scrap value. (I estimated the Total penny count on the low end) and counted the other change. Total face value plus scrap for this lot is well over $200. Keep in mind since we don’t normally do coin auctions and we didn’t spend a lot of time on this change, textile could be a lot of interesting collectible coins in those large lots of quarters, dimes etc.
