Purchased an item and only got half. She said they could not find it, or they lost it. Very disorganized.

So, i'm sorry this happened. I was away that when they brought out the entire order, the person who picked it up was shown that everything was included. If we missed something i'm very sorry, it was not intentional. Please let me know what "half" we left out?
