The condition is very good / excellence. . We have all the service paperwork for past 12 years and registration. Has been used for camping and liquidation of residential and commercial locations. GASOLINE /AUTOMATIC. Tires are ...view morestill good, brakes are great and everything works as it should. AC, heat, radio etc. Has a wheelchair lift on the side that works great. It's a bus. Seats 12 if you put the seats back in. Great for markets, camping, moving people around. All the seats have been taken out but are available and will come inside when purchased. As a camper it's perfect as well. You can convert it as needed. It's not built-out as a camper. It's an empty bus. As a storage truck to use for clean outs it also works great! Even used the wheel chair ramp to load furniture.
As our needs expand we find that this is just not practical for our usage any longer. It's a vehicle being sold under our non-profit company and all proceeds will be used towards Kodi's Korner.
