IF YOU ARE PICKING UP YOUR WINNINGS, YOU MUST CALL OR TEXT US 860-917-3276 or (860) 537-3808 DURING OUR BUSINESS HOURS TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. (or Text anytime... we can ignore texts quicker). You can call between 10a.m. & 5:00pm. If you email us please do so through the auction ninja messaging format. Its rare we look at our email... Chances are slim we will see a message sent directly to our email address.. please use Auction Ninja to correspond or call / text. We will get back with you to set a time.
Please contact us within 24-48 hours after auction close to set a time and date to pick up your items. If reaching us is difficult, be patient, we are in a basement or attic collecting the next treasures for auction! (or maybe it’s just an early drinking day… isn’t every day?) Text or leave a message. Call our landline - 1 (860) 537-3808. to leave a voice message or speak to someone. If you hear heavy breathing on the phone, do not get concerned… It’s just one of the dogs playing games with you. We can only hold your items for 2 weeks.. .flexible pick up dates with flexible dates from auction end. Then we start … THE WOOD CHIPPER! Weeeeee. This is the season for bonfires… You can bring the marshmallows, we got the wieners… woof.
We do not schedule same day pick-ups. CALL AT LEAST ONE DAY AHEAD OF TIME. THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SET A TIME FOR THE NEXT DAY, IT ALL DEPENDS ON IF THAT TIME IS AVAILABLE WHEN YOU CALL…best you have a few options in mind. Just because us dogs are here doesn’t mean our humans are.
We understand that sometimes there’s reasons that you need to pick up on the same day… We apologize for the inconvenience. It’s all the humans fault, they are not ready with your order. That’s just the way it goes. Please direct any concerns to Axle, Human Resources and loss prevention … His picture is shown, his attitude is known.
- [ ] Bring help if you need help to carry items…. and the appropriate size vehicle. This is very important. Think of it like the warning label you read on a box. It seems so silly to mention this but as per the reason of those labels, it means someone has done or tried this. Folks, a grand piano does not fit in a VW bug …(even through the wood chipper)
- [ ] We are dogs not pack animals… however Kodi is a big dog and could move large objects, just not yours. So, bring your help. (the humans on premises will help best they can if need be but they do tend to be a little greedy with their totes and boxes.. best you bring your own .. and dog treats!)
IF SHIPPING IS YOUR CHOSEN OPTION PLEASE FOLLOW UP WITH US. We can ship anything anywhere. Worldwide or Mars, Jupiter, Uranus… (that was all Kodi’s saying…he's quite the ... smart dog) We offer a discount on dog glitter as some of us do shed year round.
1. *Verify the shipping information you provided to Auction Ninja is updated and correct.
2. Billing information … updated and correct. (Shipping and handling cost will be charged to the card on file with Auction Ninja) please make sure the proper funds are on your card to make this happen. Handling is $5 and if this is a record auction your shipping is free after the bid of 10 or more listings.
3. If you did not register correctly through the auction signup process then we won’t know if you need shipping. I’ve been working on mind reading but it has only worked with the humans when knowing when to feed us. Please let us know. (Not when YOU'RE hungry… we don’t care).
4. If you change your address or need it shipped to another location, call us, text us or send us a message through Auction Ninja messaging. Do not assume that we have received any of these attempts unless we respond to you. You need to notify us ASAP of shipping address changes. AND it needs to be reflected on the Auction Ninja information. We will not be responsible for items shipped to the wrong location that you failed to inform us you needed done. We ship once every 10 to 12 business days. Sometimes longer. We don't mind holding on to your winnings to ship at a later date if you are bidding on the next auction.
At this time a $5 handling fee will be charged for all shipping orders. Even those qualified for free shipping. (record auctions)
If your shipping information is incorrect and you do not contact us if/when the item is returned you will be charged again for shipping.
LOCATION: 15 Broadway st. Suite 2 Colchester Ct. 06415. Back of building blue door (under the liquor store). By appointment only. You MUST make an appointment and when you show up, please text or call us and we will come out. Look for a blue door and our short bus! (about center of the back parking lot.
Please bring a signed invoice, boxes to carry your items and help to load your…shi.....stuff.
You may be greeted by Lacey, a little social butterfly. The four legged hairy mutt queen who tends to bark out these instructions.. She’s partial to dog treats as well… TRUST THE DOG…. (Never go wrong with peanut butter, cucumbers, food in general) Kodi will not say hi… he is extremely people shy. Murphy will climb in your car and expect car rides. I’ll lose a dog, wife will get angry, shit will get real… just saying. This is a dog rescue! It happens.
If you receive a call and it appears to be a lot of heavy breathing and slurping noises… Do not panic, one of the rescues has found the phone handset. Don’t let them fool you, they are smarter than the average human.
