YOU MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TO PICK UP. All single record lots in this auction can ship free if you bid on 10 record lots or more. You do not have to win all ten to get the free shipping. Appointments MUST be scheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance from your call. You can text for day and time availability to try to schedule.
SHIPPING is super fast like GREY HOUND FAST ... or lightning!!! NOT! Honestly it's really not. Our shipping department is run by the turtle... the only thing fast about him is his name "speedy". However he will outlive all of us so I guess he has the last joke! On average we do not ship items for 10 to 12 business days after the close of auction.. .this breaks down to sometime before next year in turtle-time.

If you win a truck load, bring a truck! (I know this is common sense but... well... do I need to say more?)

Things you should know:

2) We are a dog rescue and we may have several dogs on premises. (feel free to volunteer!)
3) Shipping is done every 10-12 business days and sometimes take longer. We are busy with the dogs or clearing out a house. Please be patient.
4) Can't make your time to pick up? Call us. We can reschedule. Don't wait after the fact.. we will sell your stuff and feed the dogs! Thats just how we roll!
5) On rare occasion (eh.. more like a bit uncommon) the dogs feel it necessary to bestow a parting gift of glitter and fluff. No extra charge for this. It's their way of showing their gratitude and appreciation in your participation of our auctions. Wear it proudly... they sure do!
