WE ARE CLOSED FOR APPOINTMENTS ON SUN, MON & TUES. AND APPOINTMENTS CAN NOT BE SCHEDULED FOR THE SAME DAY YOU CALL. (we need a minimum of 24 hours.)

Pickup Policy :
Winning bidders will have many days from the date of the auction end to schedule an appointment to pickup their items. *We need at least 24 hours from the day you call to pull your items. We can not pull items the same day you call.
If you show up without an appointment you will be turned away.
Lots Not Picked Up During a reasonable time period will be sent to the wood chipper or bon-fire for an appropriate funeral. (We will invite you. Bring dog treats and marshmallows ... chocolate, some graham crackers, ... I digress....
If you miss your scheduled appointment time please call us (preferably before) so we can help you reschedule. If this becomes habitual then we will send over Guido (a very lonely and hairy... large, German shepherd acting in behalf of our management team for special problems... a "fixer" of sorts, if you will.
Winning bidder is responsible for supplying all labor and materials required for pickup and removal of their items. We will Not Assist in loading of Your item. The dogs may be bribed with treats however.

First time buyer will have to provide ID at the time of pick up.Orders over $100 will need to supply ID and have a picture of the ID and invoice taken for verification if needed.

Please thoroughly review all photos for condition prior to placing a bid. Once a bid is submitted we do not have the ability to remove a bid.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do our best to disclose all information about the items either in descriptions, pictures or both. If we have grossly misrepresented an item we will work it out to where everyone is is happy. It wasn't intentional.

Shipping is available with our in-house shipping department. Skilled labor that works for bones. Slow but dedicated and careful. Very affordable. No 3rd party shipping, just 3 dogs packing. (and a turtle named speedy... just sayin').

(In a most loving way of course) This action is not necessary. If you choose shipping when you register it will be automatic. Please understand that we offer DOMESTIC and INTERNATIONAL shipping. We can and will combine your shipping to save you the most in your orders.

In-house shipping. We ship 10 to 14 business days after close of auction. We do our best to get it out sooner and try to ignore those who never read the description or shipping notes but love to ask where their item is 4 days after auction closes. It happens.
