THIS AUCTION WILL HAVE A TON OF LOTS, SMALL AND LARGE FULL OF SEASONAL ITEMS. VINTAGE, ANTIQUE, MODERN, COLLECTIBLE AND EVEN QUESTIONABLE... (I question things every day.) From the Easter Bunny to the Great Pumpkin! Christmas Ornaments and decorations and things that... well... you shouldn't see in July! Toys, holiday dishes, nut crackers... (...always make me cringe). We may have over 600 lots! You may need a week to see everything! YOU MAY FALL ASLEEP IN THE PROCESS! Seriously... well.. never mind we lost our serious side over this.

You must call to set your appointment within 24-48 hours after auction closes. We do not allow pick up the same day as your call to schedule. (plan ahead., if you arrive with no scheduled appointment we will not be here or you will be turned away) You do have 2 weeks from end of auction to pick up your items. Please have more than one date in mind, we are flexible but there are always others in front of you.
