Pick up: By Appointment Only
All items can be shipped, picked up at our location or delivered locally. We ship worldwide. We have a $5 handling fee for any entire shipped order (per auction, not item or lot). Pick up is by appointment only and a minimum of 24 hours in advance is required. Please call 860-917-3276 to schedulee an appointment or have any questions. You can text to this number as well. No time and date will be set without our confirmation. Please understand times are limited to our availability. The dog rescue tends to consume us so please be patient.
Shipping is done once every 10 to 14 business days. We are not fast but we are safe and professional in the shipping department.
Please bring help if you need to move anything you can't manage yourself. Please bring a vehicle large enough to carry your winnings! (many people fail at this concept)
If for any reason you are unable to make your pick-up date and time, your item will be sent into outer space and considered space trash. However, if you call us ahead of time we will wait before we send it to Ely Musk... Just food for thought. Any questions, please reach out to us. We may respond in 2 hours or 2 weeks...
