Very pleased with my purchase, had it shipped to me, couldnt have gone any smoother .

During several online auctions the items listed were from my vintage and antique items. Several pieces of 1930's vintage necklaces were lumped in with 1980/90s costume jewelry. A diamnd and sapphire antique bracelet, a black onyx ring, and a cameo and onyx flip ring went missing completely. The auctioneer claims he never took them but they were all in a red jewelry case. An antique woven picnic basket was listed with another sellers items. An 11 piece yearly limited addition of Pepi Hermann ornaments was broken up into 3 listings which I ended up buying back and sold on eBay for $384.00. Very unhappy with the outcome.

It was my first time purchasing with them and was hesitant about shipping but they were so professional and caring. I got my item within a few days. I am very happy with Keene auction and will be buying from the again.

More pictures would have been helpful. The drawers do not close properly which is not visible or noted.
