A Lost Chapter in the History of the Indian Wars with the First Settlers of the United States, Daniel Clarke Sanders, (Herbert McArthur, Burlington VT, 1953), 98 of 99 copies typeset and printed by hand by Herbert and Jerry McArthur, originally published in 1812, this is a facsimile reprint of a "lost chapter" omitted after the first printing, stiff blue wraps with paper label, 6 1/2" x 4".
