The description of the listing was highly inaccurate. The jacket I received had holes, a stained and ripped lining, and was covered in loose fur and dust to the point that I had to use a leaf blower to remove the grime. The pick-up process was equally disappointing-disorganized and chaotic. To make matters worse, the front desk attendant referred to a co-worker as 'whore'. This experience was unacceptable, and I will not be working with Kaminski again.

Great conpany with great products. very prompt & courteous upon arrival. some delay in getting items but multiple workers were attentive & helpful. whenu have so many treasures there will be small delay. we'll worth the small wait. especially since I was able to pick up next day during an auction. Amazing service considering g all that was going on A+ company

Auction house was not prepared for auction pickup after online auction. Multiple customers spent hours waiting for items, some of which were never located. Staff did not acknowledge disorganized operation and seemed to blame those picking up items. Storage of items did not protect them at all - Item shows more wear and damage than pictured most likely due to storage.
