This is in great working condition and includes the original key and schematic.
Some flaking to the reverse painted panel and some of the rubber bumpers are dried out. Please see photos.
**This item is located in New Fairfield, CT and special arrangements will need to be made for pick up. This is located up one flight of stairs. The buyer is responsible for safe removal of this item from the house, bring help! We cannot assist with moving.

In-house shipping charges are actual shipping plus $10 handling for first item (additional handling will be charged based on size of order). If you would like shipping for other items you will have to contact the UPS Store in New Milford, CT to arrange packing and shipping with them. I will drop-off at the UPS store for $10 per order that will be charged to your card on file.
