I'LL BE HONEST AND FAIR AS I COULD BE, THE LISTING DIDN'T DESCRIBED THESE LOTS AS JUNK, NOR AS DIRTY THAT THEY WERE, FIRST LOT THAT I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED WITH, THEY COULD IMPROVED THEIR DESCRIPTION SINCE I PAID GOOD AMOUNT OF MONEY ON THEM, BUT THANKS ANYWAY.

Actual item sizes were not listed, disappointed upon pickup. When questioned about the size of one item bought in particular, rep stated "We list the measurements of all our items", on the contrary, item does not list measurements. I was also told another item that I purchased was broken prior to my arrival and I was offered a refund. Response to sellers reply: I was advised by rep that she broke the item prior to my arrival and it was in pieces and placed in the garbage, never mentioning that glue would have fixed it.

Dear Sir, We sincerely regret your disappointment with our service. In most instances, we include all item dimensions, but if not, be advised that our phone number and email is listed so you are always welcome to ask any question on an individual item. In regard to the broken item, not only did we immediately refund the full purchase price when we discovered the item was damaged, we also offered to give you the damaged item for free which could have been easily fixed with some glue. Again, we are sorry for your disappointment but we always strive to do right by our customers.
