Shipper was fabulous, so five stars for the awesome mailroom who handled my shipping! I grabbed two pieces: the ruler frame was listed as "Vintage frame" and looked like something someone would have made. Upon arrival and inspection the Urban Outfitters tag is still freshly affixed. Shipping this item cost me more than buying it new at Urban Outfitters. This was a huge miss by the sellers and I've lost trust in bidding on their items again.

A lot is on us bidders to know what we are doing but it's clear the seller meant to hide the price tag and not photograph the back.

It would have been good of the seller to note that there was a strange substance stuck to the rattan over a noticeable area of the piece. But they were responsive and polite.
