Published at the request of the parishioners. Published in London 1695, first edition. Wear, staining and tiny insect damage to front paper cover, other pages with some discoloration, else good condition. Booklet concerning Queen Mary II 1662-1684 who was Queen of England, Scotland and Ireland 1689-1694. She was married to William III, and hence William & Mary furniture style defined after this reign (1689-1702). Provenance: From the Thomas Rockwell collection. Tom was the son of the famous American illustrator, Norman Rockwell. He was a book collector and book seller residing in both Stockbridge Massachusetts and Lagrangeville NY. In Stockbridge, he opened a book and print store with his brother Peter.
