The rug pile is in very good condition with no wear, but sun bleached spots exist around perimeter due to the fact that a bed was resting on the carpet for over 20 years, so the borders were exposed to sunlight, but not the center which was under the bed - see photos. Measures 9' 2" x 11' 11".
